On the World’s Clean Up Day, The World’s Largest Civic-Action Against Waste! For that cause, #Bariq collaborated with World Cleanup Day, the global organization having the mission of tackling solid waste crisis by mobilizing millions of positive-minded people into coordinated local & global actions, in a clean-up for its employees along with their kids at Wadi Degla Protectorate in Egypt. It passes through the limestone rocks that had remained in the marine environment during the Eocene Epoch in the eastern desert and this place is lasting since 60 million years. Unfortunately, due to the lack of environmental awareness, rare animals & plants in this beautiful place are threatened to be extinct. The event was full of positive vibes, spreading awareness on environmental protection importance for ourselves and the future generation since it’s our role to embed this value within them! We all had great fun with bonding activities, and we are very proud of successfully collecting a considerable amount of KG of waste to protect the environment from the dangerous implications of the waste! Not to mention, the collected plastic bottles were sent to our facility to be properly recycled.
