Climate change is a threat to all humans and each has a part to play. Bariq does its best to do its role and accordingly it was vital that we attend the 26th Conference of Parties to be part of the climate change mitigation & adaptation action plan. Usama Zaki, Bariq Board Member, presented our efforts and showcased our success story under the Egyptian Pavilion. Also, Ahmed Elmizayen, Commercial & Sustainability Senior Manager, represented Bariq as a pioneer in achieving an efficient circular economy model between developing and developed countries. Bariq has recycled more than 10 billion bottles and saved more than 200k tons of CO2 emissions; and we are still counting.
